Nelvis Ateh is a Cameroon-born independent filmmaker based in Bern, Switzerland. He grew up in Buea, Cameroon, where I studied up to a bachelor's degree at the University of Buea. He started film acting in the Buea University theatre troupe. Later, he moved to independent filmmaking. After some unsuccessful attempts at filmmaking, he succeeded in releasing his first film ¨Cruel Intention¨ and another a year later ¨Irrevocable Act¨. He directed both films. He has lived in Bern since 2012. He is the founder of Goldna production, located in Bern, where he focuses on independent film productions. He has done several videos and short films for different social media platforms. In 2021, one of his short films ¨Forgiveness¨ won the best short film award Europe region at the MZIAIF festival.Ausbildung
